About In[Neo]Sight
We refine how clusters are produced over time. Rather than rewriting the Overview, each change is recorded here with its date, so you can see how the method has evolved and which version produced a given article.
Confirmation review and explicit citation checks
- → After the final revision round, a fresh Reviewer now re-checks every correction before a cluster can be approved, so no fix reaches publication without review.
- → The Writer's pre-submission citation self-check and the Reviewer's named citation failure modes described in the Overview are now part of each agent's standing instructions, and each failure found is named in the written review.
New production system
- → All articles are now written and reviewed by Claude Opus. Each byline names the model that actually wrote the text; clusters produced before this date were made with an earlier version of the pipeline, and their bylines likewise record the model used.
- → Full texts and supplementary materials are retrieved directly from PubMed Central, Europe PMC and Unpaywall, and every retrieval attempt is logged for the Source Transparency Report.
- → Every reference entry is generated from its PubMed or CrossRef record rather than typed by hand, and citation numbering, anchors and back-links are produced automatically from the single verified reference list.
- → The Reviewer verifies every value in the Source Transparency Report against the retrieved full text, and checks every factual claim in all three articles one by one, keeping a written record of each check.
- → The automated word-count check accepts 1,500–2,000 words per article; 1,500–1,800 words remains the target.
